Located just a few minutes from the beaches of Omaha (St Laurent, Colleville and Vierville), the Gîte des Marettes is an old farmhouse that has been renovated into a very pleasant vacation home. The comfortable living room, well-appointed kitchen, cosy bedrooms and contemporary interior design guarantee a peaceful vacation with family or friends. In the garden, you can relax on the large lawns or in the shade of the tall trees.

This independent Holiday cottage is surrounded by 1000m² of wooded grounds. The first floor comprises a fitted kitchen with dining area, a living room with sofa and armchairs, a 2-person bedroom (2 beds 80cm, which can be twinned to form a 160cm bed), and a shower room with WC. The attic floor comprises 1 x 2-person bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), 1 x 2-person bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), a corridor converted into a study area, a shower room and separate WC. Garden with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue.
