Enjoy a quiet stay in this spacious house located 100 m from the Orne Estuary. You'll appreciate its bright veranda, comfortable living room and large garden with garden furniture and views over the fields. You'll be in the heart of the Baie de l'Orne protected natural area, with its signposted footpaths, cycle paths (direct access from the Holiday cottage) and birdwatching. Franceville, its Beach, kitesurf school and shops are less than 5 minutes away. The Holiday cottage's location makes it easy to visit Caen, 15 km away, as well as the entire coastline, from the D-Day beaches of June 1944 to the seaside resorts of Cabourg, Trouville and Deauville.
The independent Holiday cottage is surrounded by a 2,000m² private garden. All on the first floor, it includes a veranda with dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, a separate living room (sofa bed: possibility of 1 extra bed), 1 bedroom for 3 (1 bed 160cm and 1 bed 90cm), a shower room, a separate toilet, a laundry room. Adjoining garden with table, chairs, parasol, barbecue and armchairs. Bike storage. Right of way for a neighbor (access to a plot of land).

Béaji Exceptionnel
Nous avons apprécié l'accueil de la propriétaire qui a été très chaleureux. Mme Fosse est une personne charmante. Le gîte est bien agencé, propre et confortable. La literie est impeccable, l'environnement est calme et le point de vue magnifique. Même si le soleil n'était pas toujours au rendez-vous, nous avons pu faire de belles visites et marcher le long du bras de la Dive, quasiment au départ du gîte.
La cerise sur le gâteau, une bonne bouteille de cidre et des madeleines venant de la Biscuiterie Jeannette, d'un goût exceptionnel !

Pegasus Simply Perfect
Location: totally peaceful with cyclists and walkers in the distance; easy access to the coast; lots to see in the area; Sallenelles is very interesting village
Grounds: great garden area with many places to sit and to play; secure parking for cycles
Accommodation: spacious, very well equipped, very clean, comfortable bed, powerful shower with lots of hot water. Bonus of a washing machine and dryer
Proprietor: very welcoming and helpfulA 5 star property which we would highly recommend and hope to revisit ourselves.

Très beau gite, moderne, bien équipé, tout confort, très bon accueil.
Idéalement placé pour les balades en vélos (le long de la vélo maritime), au bord de l'estuaire de l'Orne dans un endroit très calme.- Cleanliness
