You'll be in the heart of the Baie de l'Orne protected natural area, with its signposted footpaths, cycle paths (direct access from the Holiday cottage) and birdwatching. Franceville, its Beach, kitesurf school and shops are less than 5 minutes away. The Holiday cottage's location makes it easy to visit Caen, 15 km away, as well as the entire coastline, from the D-Day beaches of June 1944 to the seaside resorts of Cabourg, Trouville and Deauville.

The independent Holiday cottage is surrounded by a 2,000m² private garden. All on the first floor, it comprises a veranda with dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, a separate living room (sofa bed: possibility of 1 extra bed), 1 bedroom for 3 (1 bed 140cm and 1 bed 90cm), a shower room, a separate toilet, a laundry room. Secluded garden with table, chairs, parasol, barbecue and armchairs. On-property parking, bike storage. Right of way for a neighbor (access to a plot of land).
