5 minutes from the center of Cabourg and 800 m from the Sea, this Holiday cottage in an 18th-century farmhouse combines modern comfort with authenticity. All sporting activities (horse riding, golf, Tennis, soccer, beach club), water sports and Hiking are less than 1 km away, and a cycle path starts from the gîte. Caen and the D-Day beaches (Pegasus Bridge) are 20 minutes away. On site, you can stock up on tasty local produce (farmers' market on Fridays) or sample regional gastronomy at the "Planches du Pressoir" restaurant.

The Holiday cottage is located on a large property comprising the owners' house, another gîte (ref 2999, sleeps 8) and the owners' farm restaurant (open Thursday lunchtime to Sunday). On the first floor (accessed via an interior staircase), the Holiday cottage comprises a living room with a small kitchen and a 1-person bed (90cm folding bed), a 3m² curtained-off sleeping area with 1 90cm bed, a shower room and an independent toilet. Upstairs is a 2-person bedroom (1 x 140cm bed). The Holiday cottage has a private courtyard with garden furniture and parasol, and a garden with deckchairs.
