For Hiking enthusiasts, the commune of Montchauvet offers 35 kms of hilly trails to explore on foot, horseback or mountain bike. Just 10 minutes away, the Viaduc de la Souleuvre is a must-see in the region (zip-line, barefoot garden, bungee jumping). The D-Day beaches, including Arromanches, are 1 hour away. Hiking with donkeys at "Pas d'Anes" 5 minutes away.

This independent Holiday cottage is located 200 meters from the owners' house and has its own private entrance. The first floor comprises a large living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 dining areas and a sitting area (2 corner sofas), a 2-person bedroom with study area (1 x 140cm bed), a shower room, a separate toilet, a gaming room (billiards, table soccer, ping-pong, darts), and a laundry room. The first floor comprises a dormitory bedroom for 7 people (6 Bunk beds 90cm and 1 bed 90cm), 1 bedroom for 2 people with office space (1 bed 140cm), 1 bedroom for 2 people with office space (1 bed 140cm), a shower room and a separate WC. The 700m² private grounds include 2 covered dining areas, a pétanque court and a small lawn area. Hard barbecue, deckchairs. 2 raclette and fondue machines. Bluetooth speaker, basketball hoop.
