Located 20 minutes from the beaches of Villers sur Sea and Houlgate, the Holiday cottage du Moulin de l'Yvie is a traditional Pays d'Auge house set in bucolic countryside. The secure wooden terrace offers a lovely view over the pastures, and Kids can have fun on site with the games on offer: swing, trampoline, sandpit, small bikes and scooters, snowshoe games. The pretty, hilly, tree-lined paths all around the Holiday cottage will help you discover this gentle, unspoilt Countryside in a whole new way. And if you're a gourmet, don't forget to visit the Pont L'Evêque Market on Monday mornings in search of fine Normandy produce!

This detached holiday cottage is situated on a 500-square-meter lot. The ground floor features a living room with a sofa, armchairs, and a fireplace; an open-concept kitchen connected to the living area with a dining space; a half-bath; and a shower in a separate room. The upper floor features one double bedroom (1 160cm bed), one twin bedroom (1 140cm bed), and a small bedroom for two people (2 90cm single beds, accessed via the bathroom), along with a bathroom with a toilet. Garden with a terrace, a playground for kids with a swing set and sandbox, and a pétanque court. 4 bicycles available (1 adult, 2 kids’ bikes, and a tricycle), plus a scooter.
