Located 20 minutes from the beaches of Villers sur Sea and Houlgate, the Holiday cottage du Moulin de l'Yvie is a traditional Pays d'Auge house set in bucolic countryside. The secure wooden terrace offers a lovely view over the pastures, and Kids can have fun on site with the games on offer: swing, trampoline, sandpit, small bikes and scooters, snowshoe games. The pretty, hilly, tree-lined paths all around the Holiday cottage will help you discover this gentle, unspoilt Countryside in a whole new way. This detached Holiday cottage is set in 500m² of unenclosed grounds. The first floor comprises a living room with sofa, armchairs and fireplace, a kitchen area opening onto the living room with dining area, a toilet and a shower in an enclosed room. The first floor comprises a 2-person bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), 1 x 2-person bedroom (1 x 140cm bed) and a small 2-person bedroom (2 x 90cm single beds, accessed via the shower room), a shower room with WC.
