A pontoon terrace, secured by lices, spans the Dives, the ideal place to recharge your batteries and enjoy the lapping of the river as you dine al fresco. Ideally located in the heart of Calvados, you'll be 35 minutes from Caen, 40 minutes from Suisse Normande and the beaches of the Côte Fleurie, and 30 minutes from Lisieux. For gourmets, don't miss the market in St Pierre Sur Dives, a small town remarkable for its market hall and medieval abbey. On foot from the gîte, discover the Château de Vendeuvre in its verdant setting.

This detached Holiday cottage is set in a 1000m² private garden. The first floor comprises a living room with dining area and sitting area (sofa bed for 1 extra person, armchairs and wood-burning stove), a fitted kitchen and WC. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms for 2 people (each with a 140cm bed, shower and washbasin in each room), and a separate WC. Garden with garden furniture, deckchairs, table tennis and 2 adult bicycles. Fan. The owner only accepts one dog.
