On one level (the first floor is not accessible), it includes a living room with fireplace, separate kitchen, 2-person bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), 2-person bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), bathroom with toilet, laundry room with outside access (washing machine and dryer). Large enclosed garden with terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue, pétanque court. 2 electrically-assisted bicycles available. Guided tour of the stud farm on request.
