Gite adjoining an unoccupied building, near the owners' house. Ground floor: kitchen with dining area, living room with sofa, armchairs and wood stove, WC. Attic floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140 cm, 2 single beds 90 cm), shower room with WC. Electric heating. Dishwasher. Private garden without vis-à-vis with lounge and garden table (armchairs and sofa). Horses welcome on request in meadow or box. Paying pets (pets are not allowed upstairs or on the armchairs and sofa). Garden fenced on two sides by a wall, the 3rd side by a small electric fence and the 4th side by a vegetable hedge but without wire netting. Just 45 minutes away from Granville and on the MT ST Michel way, the gite du Chat perché is a comfortable house with a tasteful decoration. You will enjoy the little private terrace garden with its outdoor comfortable sitting furniture at your disposal. You will discover the natural sites such as the Vallée de la Souleuvre and the Gorges de la Vire for 100% natural holidays in the heart of Normandy. Horses welcome on request (paddocks hire for horses available (10€/day).

Excellent séjour dans un environnement verdoyant où règne un calme vraiment propice au repos.

HYPNOMETAO Une belle rencontre
Nous avons passez un très bon moment, les propriétaires sont vraiment charmants, avec beaucoup de petites attentions ( les fraises directement récoltés et le cidre, merci), de plus la magie des rencontres a fais que Laurent et moi avions des passions communes et dans ces échanges et ces partages j'ai passez un très bon moment.
Ils sont à l'écoute et offre de bon conseil de visite.
la location au top, chambre très cocooning, tout est là et dommage, il faisait trop beau pour une petite flamme assis au chaud dans le canapé.
de belle énergies se dégage du lieu.
