The property is located between Lisieux and Pont l'Evèque, with easy access from the A13 motorway and less than 30 minutes from the resorts of the Côte Fleurie: Deauville, Trouville, etc. For children, don't miss a visit to the Cerza zoo, just 5 minutes away.

Holiday cottage consisting of a main house and an independent annex, both on one level. The main house comprises a living room with open-plan kitchen, dining room and lounge. The house offers 4 bedrooms, one of which has a shower room with toilet open onto the bedroom (2 bedrooms with 140x190cm beds, 1 bedroom with160x200cm bed and 90x190cm single bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90x190 single beds including 1 bunk bed and 160x200cm double bed), a bathroom with separate toilet. A 2nd building comprises 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with double bed 160x200cm and 1 bedroom with double bed 160x200cm), each with private shower room and toilet. One of these bedrooms and its bathroom are suitable for people with reduced mobility. The living room leads to a relaxation area with a 3-person Sauna (open only from 9pm to midnight) and a 5-person Spa open all day. The property is independent, with a gate, terrace and garden furniture, portico, garage for motorcycles or bicycles, petanque court.
