Set in a large half-timbered farmhouse surrounded by apple trees, this Holiday cottage is typical of the Pays d'Auge region. You'll appreciate the large garden and its Lake (no Fishing) with petanque court and ping-pong table. You can fish on site (fishing permit required) in the Touques river, which flows through the property. Just 2 minutes from Pont l'Évêque and 20 minutes from Deauville and Honfleur, you're ideally situated for exploring the Pays d'Auge. This well-renewed, single-storey Holiday cottage is ideal for a couple.

On one level (2 steps at the entrance), this Holiday cottage comprises 1 living room with fully-equipped kitchen (mini-oven, induction hob), a dining area with table and chairs, a sitting area with 2 armchairs, a shower room with WC and 1 bedroom with 1 140x200cm bed and a closet. Outside: large shared garden with a pond (not secured), garden table and chairs, parasol, deckchairs and barbecue. The Holiday cottage is close to the Pont l'Évêque - Deauville road. Shared washing machine.

Richard Pleasant Stay
Having stayed here before we knew what to expect! The gite was welcoming with great views,a little small but perfect for us both, the only downside was a person staying one of the othere gites had a small dog which was out of control and a couple of times the dog enetered our gite(the door was open), the dog owner went into our gite uninvited to retrieve the dog and closed the door. We do not expect our privacy to be broken in this way! Otherwise all was good. There was no chopping board and only one decent wine glass, we bought 2 glasses and a board and left them there!
Ayant séjourné ici avant de savoir à quoi nous attendre ! Le gîte était accueillant avec de superbes vues, un peu petit mais parfait pour nous deux, le seul inconvénient était qu'une personne séjournant dans l'un des autres gîtes avait un petit chien qui était hors de contrôle et à plusieurs reprises, le chien est entré dans notre gîte (le la porte était ouverte), le propriétaire du chien est entré dans notre gîte sans y être invité pour récupérer le chien et a fermé la porte. Nous ne nous attendons pas à ce que notre vie privée soit brisée de cette façon ! Sinon tout allait bien. Il n'y avait pas de planche à découper et un seul verre de vin décent, nous avons acheté 2 verres et une planche et les avons laissés là !- Cleanliness

Lili Une belle semaine en Normandie
Avec le soleil que nous avons eu cette semaine, nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce gîte tout près de Pont-L'Evêque. Nous avons apprécié le calme et la gentillesse des propriétaires.
