This contemporary, functional Holiday cottage is ideal for a family holiday. Just a few kilometers from the Sea, it offers a south-facing terrace with a beautiful, unobstructed view of the Parc naturel régional des Marais du Cotentin et du Bessin. Dina, the family pony, will be delighted to visit you from her field just opposite the Holiday cottage. Kids will enjoy the outdoor games (swing set, table tennis) and the animals on site. Paco the family rabbit will welcome you from his Caravan cage. Ideally located for exploring part of the Manche and Calvados regions, the gîte is 10 minutes from the port of Grandcamp-Maisy, with its fish market and restaurants.

Holiday cottage adjoining the owners' garage (carport possible). First floor: living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, WC. Upstairs: 2 independent bedrooms, each with its own shower room and WC: one for 2 people (1 bed 140cm), 1 second bedroom for 3 people (1 bed 140cm and 1 bed 120cm) with a sitting area. Private, unoverlooked terrace on a large plot shared with the owners, with Kids' play area (swing, Ping-Pong table). Picnic table and barbecue. Prices include charges in july / august.
