Close to Caen and the sea, in a quiet location, this gîte has been beautifully restored with taste, harmony and authenticity. The large, bright living room opens onto the garden and terrace. Enjoy the beach in the small seaside towns (Luc-sur-Mer, Lion-sur-Mer), discover the D-Day landing sites and Bayeux, and sample the regional produce (cookies from Asnelles, cider, cheeses...).
Detached Holiday cottage close to the owners' house. First floor: large living room with fireplace, sitting area (corner sofa) and open kitchen, WC with shower. First floor: 3 bedrooms (1 bed 160, 4 beds 90, baby bed), bathroom, WC, gaming room. Terrace with garden furniture. Outdoor games. City bus stop 100m away.

POTTER76 Très beau gîte
Accueil très agréable , ce gîte de caractère est très bien agencé . Deux commerces à 5 mn à pied . Supermarché à 10 mn ,centre ville de Caen à 7 Km .Bien situé par rapport aux stations balnéaires et aux plages du débarquement .Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour .

La Mayenne Séjour en famille
Séjour agréable au calme dans un gîte avec tout le confort attendu et un très bel intérieur. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et donnent de bons conseils pour les visites a faire, on sent qu'ils sont très impliqués dans leurs rôles d'hôtes.
Très belle région riche d'histoire de différentes époques.
