Ideal for small groups, the gîte is perfectly located in the heart of the Calvados region: 10 minutes from Falaise (Civilian Memorial and William the Conqueror's castle), 25 minutes from Clécy (capital of Suisse-Normande for all outdoor activities), 25 minutes from Caen and 30 minutes from Ouistreham beach. For shops and services, the village of Potigny is 5 minutes away.

Holiday cottage located on the first floor of an unoccupied community hall. Entrance. Living room with sitting area (sofa) and dining area, separate fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom for 2 (1 x 160cm bed), 1 bedroom for 2 (1 x 140cm bed), 1 bedroom for 4 (2 x 80cm trundle beds and 2 x 90cm Bunk beds), shower room with WC, bathroom, separate WC. Tennis court and communal soccer pitch on site. Communal playground 50 m away. Barbecue facilities. Tennis court on site (free access).
