Perfectly renovated in a former 18th century barn, the Gîte de la Félicité combines authenticity, comfort and originality. Here, the art of recuperation, unusual objects and highly personalized decoration make this gîte a very pleasant vacation home. You'll appreciate the small, well-landscaped garden and the dartboard in the living room for relaxing family moments. Situated in a charming village 20 minutes from the beaches of the Côte de Nacre and Arromanches, and 15 minutes from Caen and Bayeux, this is an ideal location for exploring the Bessin region between sea and countryside.
This independent Holiday cottage is located close to the owners' house. The first floor comprises a fitted kitchen with 2 dining areas, a living room with sofa and armchairs, a study and a toilet. Upstairs are 2 independent bedrooms: 1 for 3 people (2 beds 90cm which can be twinned into 1 bed 180cm and 1 bed 80cm) with en-suite shower room (shower, washbasin, WC), 1 for 2 people (1 bed 160cm) with en-suite shower room (shower, washbasin, WC). The Holiday cottage has a private 100m² enclosed garden with lawn, terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs, hammock and barbecue. Numerous board games, darts, games console. On-site: quality bike rental.

An immaculately well presented Gite, with great hosts. The Gite has great amenities, is well located for close proximity to Bayeux, Caen and the Normandy beaches.
We w had an excellent holiday here, and would recommend this Gite to anybody. We hope to stay again!

R et M-C W Exceptionnel !
Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans le gîte de la Félicité.
La location est exceptionnelle. Une rénovation de grande qualité faite avec beaucoup de goût. Rien ne manque dans la maison, équipée en grand confort.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et très belles, chacune avec sa salle de bains, ce qui est un confort indéniable. La propreté est irréprochable.
La grande pièce ouverte sur la cuisine permet de préparer de bons repas et de passer d’agréables moments. Le salon cosy avec sa télé est idéal pour les soirées.
Le jardin est mignon et bien soigné. Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse, le temps n’étant pas au beau fixe.
La prestation fournie est supérieure à la description dans l’annonce, toutes nos félicitations !
Isabelle et Jean-Baptiste sont des hôtes très accueillants, toujours disponibles, donnant d’excellents conseils aussi bien pour les visites dans la belle région que pour les restaurants que nous avons découverts.
La localisation centrale du gîte est idéale pour visiter les plages du débarquement, et à mi-chemin entre Caen et Bayeux.
Que du bonheur pour cette semaine de vacances avec trois de nos petits-enfants (déjà grands !) !

Cécile Belle rénovation
Très belle restauration d'une ancienne grange. Propreté impeccable, équipements de qualité. Bien situé pour faire les plages du débarquement. Possibilité de louer des vélos sur place.
