Perfectly renovated in a former 18th century barn, the Gîte de la Félicité combines authenticity, comfort and originality. Here, the art of recuperation, unusual objects and highly personalized decoration make this gîte a very pleasant vacation home. You'll appreciate the small, well-landscaped garden and the dartboard in the living room for relaxing family moments. Situated in a charming village 20 minutes from the beaches of the Côte de Nacre and Arromanches, and 15 minutes from Caen and Bayeux, this is an ideal location for exploring the Bessin region between sea and countryside.
This independent Holiday cottage is located close to the owners' house. The first floor comprises a fitted kitchen with 2 dining areas, a living room with sofa and armchairs, a study and a toilet. Upstairs are 2 independent bedrooms: 1 for 3 people (2 beds 90cm which can be twinned into 1 bed 180cm and 1 bed 80cm) with en-suite shower room (shower, washbasin, WC), 1 for 2 people (1 bed 160cm) with en-suite shower room (shower, washbasin, WC). The Holiday cottage has a private 100m² enclosed garden with lawn, terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs, hammock and barbecue. Numerous board games, darts, games console. On-site: quality bike rental.

The Wood Family Amazing Gite
Our second stay at this beautiful gite. Very clean and comfortable with all you need for a wonderful stay.The secure parking is a bonus .The garden has matured since our last stay and provides even more privacy than before. We all had a wonderful stay and we hope to return again soon.

Aurore Magnifique séjour en Normandie
Le gîte est tout simplement parfait, accueillant, très propre et tout ce qu'il faut pour passer 1 agréable séjour. Un salle de bain et toilettes dans chaque chambre sont vraiment 1 plus.La literie est au top.Tout est pensé afin que nous passions 1 agréable séjour et décoré avec goût. Cisco Un séjour trés confortable a une gîte superbe.
Nous avons allé connaître Normandie et nous avons faites des routes d'ici. L'emplacement a eté perfect. La gîte a l'esprit de la Normandie, parmis la production du cidre et jus de pomme. Le village trés calme mais prés de la route. La atention de la propieté et l'équipement 10 sur 10. Il a eté un trés agreable séjour. Jean-Baptiste et Isabelle, charmant.

Matti et Molli Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen...
Ein mit viel Liebe hergerichtetes altes Steinhaus mitten in einem ruhigen kleinen Ort.
Mit Parkplatz im Hof, rundherum blüht, grünt und zwitschert es. Mittendrin eine kleine abgegrenzte Terrasse zum Sitzen. Wie immer in Frankreich ist die Küche perfekt ausgestattet, man könnte hier Festessen zubereiten :-)
Im Erdgeschoß befinden sich Küche und Wohnbereich (letzterer könnte vielleicht etwas heller sein). Oben die Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit eigener Toilette und Dusche.
Vom Dorf kommt man nach kurzer Fahrstrecke auf der Schnellstraße, so ist es ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die Umgebung zu erkunden.- Cleanliness

Accueil chaleureux dans un cadre magnifique, maison rénovée et meublée avec goût.
Endroit très calme, terrasse agréable et équipement parfait.
Avions choisi cet emplacement, proche de Caen, afin de visiter les principaux sites du débarquement; la situation est idéale.

Fede A la découverte del la Normandie
The house is certainly very beautiful.
Zero noise at nighttime.
Strategic location: very close to the main roads to reach almost all the places of interest (many).
Very close to the airport.
Each room has a private bathroom including toilet and a separate entrance.
Fully equipped kitchen. (Perhaps a small scale and a Nespresso-type capsule coffee machine would be useful).
Private parking in the enclosed courtyard.
The house is furnished with style and love.
