This independent gite is located near the owners' house. It includes on the ground floor a fitted kitchen with 2 dining areas, a living room with sofa and armchairs, a desk, a WC. The first floor has 2 independent bedrooms: 1 bedroom for 3 people (2 90cm beds that can be combined into 1 180cm bed and 1 80cm bed) with adjoining shower room (shower, washbasin, WC), 1 bedroom for 2 people (1 160cm bed) with adjoining bathroom (shower, sink, toilet). The cottage has a private enclosed garden of 100m² with lawn, terrace, garden furniture, deck chairs, hammock and Weber barbecue. 2 parking spaces in the property closed by an electric gate. Many board games, darts, game console. Baby equipment. Price Charges included, sheets and towels provided, end of stay cleaning included. Perfectly renovated in an old 18th century barn, the Gîte de la Félicité combines authenticity, great comfort and originality. Here, the art of recycling, unusual objects and very personalized decor make this gite a very pleasant holiday home. You will appreciate the small well-appointed garden and the dartboard in the living room for moments of relaxation with the family. Amazing & Excellent Location
5/5JB & Isabella's Gite is stunning. They have immaculately restored a barn to 5 Star accommodation. The property is beautifully presented and clean, there is plenty of space, it is quiet and very relaxing. It is only about 10mins drive to Bayeux and Caen and 30mins to the Normandy beaches. We thoroughly recommend it.

A refaire sans hésiter
5/5Encore un grand merci à Isabelle et JB pour leur accueil dans leur formidable gîte entièrement refait (le mot est faible) et décoré par eux mêmes avec passion. Rien ne manque. Super séjour à refaire dés que possible sans aucune hésitation. A proximité des plages et des hauts lieux du débarquement, au calme à la campagne. Mention spéciale pour la fléchette qui nous a fait passer un agréable moment.

Très beau gîte à la campagne
5/5Séjour trop court mais gîte très agréable, au calme mais proche de Caen, Bayeux et de la mer. Très belles prestations dans un gîte spacieux, magnifiquement rénové (chapeau aux ouvriers/ouvrières) et très bien décoré. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la fraicheur des vieilles pierres pendant une semaine très chaude. Bien que la maison des propriétaires soit très proche, ce gîte reste intime. Nous avons plus que testé le restaurant dans le village d'à côté ainsi que le jus de pomme. Manque de temps pour aller chez Billy et essayer le brunch. Cela sera pour la prochaine fois car nous reviendrons.
