Renovated with care, this former farmhouse offers you a peaceful stay, close to nature and animals. The Holiday cottage de la chouette has been designed to immerse you fully in the surrounding Countryside, with all its windows overlooking the vegetation. Don't hesitate to use the binoculars provided to observe the animals (owls, swallows, deer, foxes...). The bright, spacious living room blends old-world charm with modern comforts, with its exposed beams, cosy lounge, large dining table and open kitchen with bar. Outside, the wooden terrace on stilts and its dining area overlook the garden surrounded by greenery, ideal for enjoying with your dog. With family or friends, the Holiday cottage de la Chouette is the ideal base for exploring the Suisse Normande region and its outdoor activities: via ferrata, summer tobogganing, kayaking, hiking trails and greenways are all less than 20 minutes away.

Semi-detached house adjoining the owners' home and another Holiday cottage (sleeps 2, ref 3710), with stilted terrace and private garden. The first level, accessible from the terrace by ten or so steps, comprises a 60 m2 space with a kitchen opening onto a living room, a bedroom for 2 (1 bed 160x200), a shower room and separate wc. Upstairs, you'll find two attic bedrooms, each with its own staircase: one for 2 people (2 beds 80x200), one for 2 people (1 bed 160x200). Basketball hoop for Kids. On the vast property: beehives, goats, roosters, hens, sheep. Holiday cottage accessible via a semi-tarmac driveway. Private caravan park on the property (not overlooked). Hiking trails just outside the property. Possibility of recharging your electric vehicle (slow recharging, this is not a terminal).
