The bright living room overlooks the fields where a pair of storks have made their nest! The gîte is 15 minutes from Omaha Beach, 20 minutes from Bayeux, Port en Bessin and Point du Hoc. And for all services, shops and restaurants, the village of Trévières is just 5 minutes away.

This independent Holiday cottage is located on an old farm near the owners' home. The first floor comprises a living room, a separate kitchen, 1 bedroom for 2 people (2 beds 90cm), 1 bedroom for 2 people (2 beds 90cm), 1 bedroom for 2 people (1 bed 140cm), 1 bedroom for 2 people (1 bed 160cm), a bathroom, a shower room and 2 separate WCs. Upstairs, above the living room, is a games room with a multifunctional table (table soccer, table tennis, billiards and shuffleboard) and a reading area. Enclosed private terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs. 500m² grounds. Private above-ground, semi-buried Piscine available from mid-June to mid-September (3m x 6m, uniform depth of 1.20m). The Holiday cottage is heated solely by a centralized pellet stove, which needs to be refilled regularly and emptied by the owner (to be arranged on site during your stay).
