Spacious gîte ideal for vacations with family or friends. Large wooden terrace opening onto a garden planted with flowers and trees in a very relaxing setting. Numerous hiking possibilities on site or just a few minutes away in Suisse Normande. Just 20 minutes away, you can visit Caen or the castle of William the Conqueror in Falaise. For swimming, the Falaise aquatic center is 20 minutes away and the Ouistreham beach 35 minutes.
Holiday cottage adjoining the owner's house. First floor: large living room with open kitchen, sitting area. Games area with pool table. Shower room. WC. 1st floor: mezzanine lounge, 2 bedrooms (2 double beds). 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms (8 single beds), shower room. Bathroom. WC. Wood-burning stove (wood supplied). Dolce Gusto coffee maker. Enclosed garden, wooden terrace. Pétanque court.the owners are committed to respecting the property and its surroundings, so noisy events are not accepted.

5/5Très beau gite, bien aménagé, au calme, dans un superbe environnement.Nous étions 12, en mode "tribu familiale" pour un grand week end de 4 jours, et le gîte se prête parfaitement à la cohabitation multi générationnelle.
Un rapport qualité/prix 5 étoiles, et un très bon accueil des propriétaires.

Gite de La Broquette
5/5Lovely Gite in Saint German Le Vasson - about 20 minutes south of Caen and 15 minutes north of Falaise and William the Conqueror's castle. The gite is large and comfortable and very well equipped - including a pool table. We were six adults and a baby and there was plenty of room. The garden is also large with tables and seating on the terrace - where we ate most of the time. The garden also includes a petanque court. The owner (Bruno) was very helpful. There is a nice boulangerie/patisserie 10 minutes walk away in the village and also a small shop (which is open on Sundays - unlike the big supermarkets). We had a great holiday there.

Très beau gite pour un week-end entre amis
5/5Gîte loué pour 3 nuits avec des amis. Très belle maison avec beaucoup de charme, un jardin très agréable et parfaitement entretenu. Les chambres sont lumineuses et tout confort.Il y a tout ce qu'il faut (et même plus) en termes de vaisselle et matériel pour la cuisine.
Les propriétaires sont sympathiques, très accueillants et de bons conseils.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous recommandons vivement- Cleanliness 5/5
