Situated 2 km from Arromanches, which can be reached on foot in 30 minutes, this comfortable, bright and modern gîte lets you enjoy all the advantages of the countryside: horses, sheep and cows can be found lounging in the surrounding fields, and a hiking trail 200 m from the gîte lets you discover the beautiful countryside around Ryes. The whole family can enjoy a game of table tennis or pétanque (equipment available in the gîte). The location is ideal for visiting all the beaches and D-Day sites, as well as Bayeux and its museums. This independent Holiday cottage is located on a family property and working farm (cows, sheep, horses). The first floor comprises a living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area (sofas) and insert, a shower room and separate toilet. The 1st floor comprises 1 double bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), 1 workroom and a shower room with WC. The 2nd floor comprises 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom for 2 people (1 bed 140cm), 1 bedroom for 2 people (2 beds 90cm). Small office space in the 1st-floor bedroom. The Holiday cottage has a private, not overlooked courtyard with garden furniture and deckchairs. Ping-pong table and pétanque balls. Raclette machine. Non-smoking Holiday cottage.
