Just 5 minutes from the center of Cabourg and 800 from the sea, this house in a former 18th-century farmhouse combines modern comfort with country style. Nothing is left to chance, Mélanie has thought of everything for your comfort. Your stay is particularly pleasant, with a lovely terrace overlooking the small wood and the Dives marshes. All sporting activities (horse riding, golf, tennis, soccer, beach club), water sports and hiking are less than 1 km away, and a cycle path starts from the gîte. Caen and the D-Day beaches (Pegasus Bridge) are 20 minutes away. A basket of vegetables, grown on site using natural methods (no fertilizers or pesticides), awaits you as a welcome gift.

On the first floor: large living room with open-plan kitchen and dining area, lounge area with sofas and armchairs. WC. Laundry room. On the 1st floor, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 160x200cm and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 90x190cm, a shower room, 1 WC, a mezzanine with sofa (extra bed for 2 people), gaming room. The 2nd floor features 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190cm), a shower room with WC. Outside there's a large terrace with garden table, deckchairs and garden. Bicycles available for hire (please ask the owner).

    séjour professionnel

    belle ferme rénovée avec goût. Les espaces sont grands et bien aménagés. Les propriétaires maraichers sont très accueillants. Nous y reviendrons pour un nouveau séminaire de travail.
    Possibilité d'acheter les légumes de la ferme le vendredi après-midi.

    Wonderful vacation..

    We had a wonderful stay at the Samson familys estate. The cottage was very well equiped and had a central location, perfect for our excursions. The restaurant served a very nice meal at every visit. I would like to thank Melanie for her engagement in getting a dentist for our follow traveller who had a terrible ache, you did everything you could and then some more!

    I hope we can return sometimes..

    "J' ai ia mer dans les yeux " Maya 6 ans

    Excellent séjour. Accueil agréable, hébergement spacieux et indépendant. Le vendredi un marché de producteurs locaux dans la ferme sans puissance pour le vacancier. La mer à 1 km avec une vaste étendue de plages. Toutes les commodités a quelques minutes tout en étant dans la nature.
