For your holidays in the heart of nature, 2 minutes from Lisieux, discover an exceptional place and put down your suitcases at the Domaine des Monts Flambards, a superb typical Pays d'Auge residence. You'll appreciate the comfort, space, clarity and modernity of this gîte, especially the living room for evenings by the fire. A pleasant south-facing terrace offers a remarkable view over the valleys and the Manoir St Hippolyte in the distance. Ideally located for your vacation between sea and countryside, 30 minutes from the beaches of Trouville and Deauville and 40 minutes from Honfleur.
Self-contained Holiday cottage. First floor: entrance, separate fitted kitchen, large living room with sitting area (fireplace, armchairs and sofa), 2nd sitting room with sofa and armchairs, laundry room, WC with washbasin. Attic floor: 3 bedrooms: 1 2-person bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), 1 2-person bedroom (2 x 90cm beds) and 1 2-person bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), large shower room with walk-in shower, WC. Vast grounds with secure pond, terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. NON-SMOKING HOLIDAY COTTAGE. Rapid recharging station for electric vehicles at Lisieux station, 2km away.

Une excellente communication avec les propriétaires. Patricia et Michel sont attentifs et attentionnés. Merci beaucoup pour vos délicates attentions à notre arrivée. Nous avons apprécié vos cadeaux de bienvenue avec des produits du terroir local.
Le gîte est superbe, c'est une belle restauration avec une architecture soignée et typique de la région et il est vraiment très lumineux.
L'intérieur a été décoré avec beaucoup de goût dans le souci du détail. Confort supérieur et moderne afin d'offrir une expérience de qualité durant le séjour. La propreté est IRRÉPROCHABLE.
Le cadre est tout simplement exceptionnel ?avec une vue dégagée dans un environnement naturel préservé. Le silence est appréciable, aucun vis à vis. Les seuls visiteurs sont les chevreuils/renard. Pour les amoureux de la nature et du calme foncez les yeux fermés !
Ce gîte conjugue authenticité et confort à l'écart des contraintes de la ville. La propriété est située non loin en voiture de toutes les commodités.

Armening Great house, great location
The house is immaculate, in a beautiful quiet surrounding. We loved the modern look and feel of the place. Plenty of space outside for the children to play, different spots inside to quietly read a book.

Catrin A wonderful place to stay
We had a wonderful holiday at La Domaine des Monts Flambards. Patricia made us feel very welcome and had left many small touches to create a homely atmosphere. The gite itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished with everything that we needed for our stay. Set in beautiful countryside it was so peaceful and calm, along with comfortable beds it was perfect for catching up on sleep. Our highlights were spotting deer and hares running across the fields and watching the sunset. Thank you!

Fiona Smith Best gîte ever!
In over 40 years of holidaying in gîtes, we think this is probably the best ever. Supremely comfortable, equipped and furnished to the highest standard. Every detail, even to the smallest things has been carefully thought through. Basic necessities were very generously provided as well as some extra personal touches. Surrounded by masses of green space, the gîte is private, although the owners, up the drive, are on hand to help if needed. Nights are perfectly dark and totally quiet! We couldn’t recommend it enough!

Gite (maison) super équipé, isole au milieu des prairies mais à 5 minutes de Lisieux et de des commerces.
