You'll fall under the spell of this fully restored Normandy farmhouse set in a bucolic, verdant setting. You'll love the spacious, light-filled living room, which opens onto a large terrace overlooking the orchard and donkeys. Everything has been thought of for your comfort: top-of-the-range bedding and a shower room in each bedroom. You'll even enjoy a complimentary breakfast, a great way to start your discovery of local produce. You'll be in a quiet, unspoilt setting, close to the village church and just a few minutes from the shops and services in Lisieux. The Cerza Zoo is 10 minutes away, and the beaches of the Côte Fleurie are 30 minutes away.
Detached house on an unfenced hectare of land on the property with independent access. Terrace with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs and barbecue (exterior fittings currently being finished). The interior opens onto a large living room with open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge, a toilet with washbasin and a bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200cm) and its own shower room and dressing room. The first floor comprises 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200cm and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds 80x200cm) and 2 shower rooms with WC (one with double bed and bath). Laundry room. redser Stunning Gite with exhilarating views
Beautiful gite with so much character. It is designed to perfection and has a feel good factor that makes it feel like home. If you like cooking, the kitchen is a dream and feels organised and inviting. The setting is unique and makes you feel part of nature but also the village. It is so calming to hear the gentle toll of the bells and be able to see the lovely little church. The hosts were warm and welcoming and very kindly extended our check out which helped us greatly. Would recommend the Des ânes et des pommes. The donkeys were lovely and every view from the windows is as pretty as any picture. The feel good factor in this home is immeasurable.

Vous serez séduit par le magnifique environnement. Un petit havre de paix niché en pleine nature. Vous pourrez profiter pleinement du jardin et de la belle terrasse.
La situation géographique du gîte vous permets d’être proche (moins de 30 minutes) de plusieurs intérêts touristiques.Région et maison d’hôte à découvrir sans tarder!
Pour notre part, nous nous réjouissons de planifier à nouveau un petit week-end.

DavidW Delightful Gite in idyllic surroundings
Ideally located near Lisieux, within wonderful grounds. The property was full of character and has been recently renovated to a high standard, with modern amenities. The owners live in the house next door, and could not have been more helpful or welcoming. Highly recommend.

Emma Beautiful gîte in Calvados
Our family of five had a fabulous holiday in this beautiful gîte. We found it well located for exploring the countryside and coast and enjoyed lots of days out. The grounds of the gîte are peaceful and charming and the interior is finished to a very high standard. The comfort of the guests has really been thought about. The owners made us feel very welcome. We loved their delicious homemade apple juice and breakfast treats. We would be very happy to stay here again.

We booked a last minute short stay at Des ânes et des pommes, which is a lovely Gite.
Its is very comfortable, has been updated to a very high standard, and is in a fantastic location, very quiet and tranquil.
We were met by Florence, who couldn't be more helpful, and left us a fantastic breakfast basket on our first morning, their homemade apple juice is amazing.
The location is perfect for visiting Normandy, Honfleur is 30 mins away and Bayeux 60 mins.
The Gite is a lovely place to spend time, in the quiet, and they have donkeys to talk to every day.
I would definitely recommend staying here, and I'm sure we will visit here again.- Cleanliness
