Set in a pretty estate, this Holiday cottage offers a renovated interior in part of an old barn. The wood-burning stove ensures a cosy atmosphere in winter, and the private terrace makes for pleasant summer evenings around the barbecue. Just 15 minutes from Caen, Merville-Franceville Beach and Cabourg. For your activities, the proximity of the Beach and major cities will satisfy you, and you'll be 10 minutes from the "Éole Aventure" park. In partnership with "Normandie Chalenge" in Pont l'Evêque, you can discover original activities such as a vintage solex tour, an introduction to giant paddle or axe throwing. On site: pétanque court, shared gaming room for Kids, trails, animals and a reception and meeting room.

Holiday cottage located on the property comprising 2 other holiday cottages (ref 3447 for 6 people and ref 3448 for 14 people). It comprises a large living room with a sitting area, a kitchen area opening onto the living room, a sleeping area (delimited by a blackout curtain) for two people with (1 bed 90x190 and 1 bed 140x190), a shower room and a toilet. The courtyard is not overlooked (access via 3 steps). Extensive outdoor communal areas with table soccer, summer lounge with sofas and darts, pétanque court. Possibility of renting a reception room for up to 40 people directly from the owner, please contact us. Catering service available, to be booked 24h00 in advance with the owner: delivery of breakfasts, brunches, meals with table service in the Holiday cottage.
