The first floor comprises 2 bedrooms (one with 1 bed 160x200cm and one with 2 beds 90x200cm) and a small shower room with toilet. Outside, there's a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs, a garden planted with trees and an enclosed parking area from the street.
