This charming house welcomes you to a quiet village 15 minutes from downtown Caen and 15 minutes from the beaches of the Côte de Nacre. You'll love its enclosed garden and sheltered, south-facing terrace. The olive tree-lined driveway and lavender-tinted facade give the property a Provencal air. The interior has been carefully designed for your comfort, with two sofas in the living room, a large dining room and comfortable bedding.
Detached house with a garden and a partially covered patio. The ground floor features a dining room, a kitchen, a half-bath, and a living room with sofas. There is also access to a laundry room from outside. On the farm there are 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and 1 bedroom with 2 80x200cm beds that can be joined to form a 160x200cm bed) and a small bathroom. Lockable bike storage

Très bon accueil dans ce gite très bien pensé. Le gite est très au calme tout en étant proche des commodités du village et de Caen à 15-20 min, quelle que soit l'heure.

Un court séjour chez Nath, mais quels bons moments passés au calme. Un propriétaire accueillant, serviable, qui nous a consacré un bon moment le soir de notre arrivée (alors que celle-ci étai t bien tardive) pour nous conseiller les centres d'intérêt de la région, carte à l'appui.
Le confort d'ensemble et le bon équipement de la cuisine nous ont ravies. A ne pas rater pour ceux qui séjournent dans les environs de Caen.- Cleanliness

Jo Jolie maison conviviale et confortable
Belle maison, tout confort, propre, très bien équipée avec un beau et grand jardin. Propriétaire sympathique et à l'écoute. Cadeaux de bienvenue, bien apprécié, merci beaucoup. Situé idéalement à 15/20 minutes de Caen, dans une petite ville avec commerces de proximité. Environnement calme, maison dans une petite rue à sens unique.
