Perfectly equipped and designed for holidays with children and teenagers, Chez Marine is the ideal vacation home for 2 families. Portico, ping-pong table, basketball hoop, billiards table, table soccer, Wii game console, 4 bicycles at your disposal: there's plenty of fun to be had in winter and summer alike! The bright living room opens onto a quiet terrace overlooking the fields. The 4-seater spa is available all year round, and the swimming pool is open from May to September. Villers-Bocage can be reached in 5 minutes by car. The beaches and D-Day landing sites are 45 minutes away (Omaha Beach, Arromanches), while Bayeux, Caen and Suisse-Normande are 30 minutes away. And for a day of fun and sensational sports, head for the Viaduc de Souleuvre, 20 minutes away: bungee jumping, giant zip line, rail sledging, accrobranches, barefoot garden, etc.

Detached house located 100 meters from the owners' home. Built on one level, the holiday cottage features a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area with a wood-pellet stove and a dining area, a laundry room,
one double bedroom (1 160-cm bed) with an adjoining bathroom, one double bedroom (1 140-cm bed), one quadruple bedroom (2 sets of bunk beds), a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a separate toilet. The 750m² enclosed garden features a wooden deck with a picnic table, lounge chairs, a retractable awning, and a built-in barbecue. A private above-ground Piscine is available and heated from May 1 through September 30 (5.50m x 2.50m, depth 1.30m). A 4-person Spa is available year-round. Swing set, ping-pong table, basketball hoop, pool table, foosball table, Wii game console, and 4 bicycles available... A bag of pellets for the stove is available at an additional cost (€12 per bag). Party stays and exceeding the occupancy limit are prohibited. No electric vehicle charging. Petanque court, boules available, Swedish skittles, and shuffleboard. No noise after 10 p.m.
