This country house has been carefully renovated to offer you a comfortable, bright gîte. You'll appreciate the vast living room with its XXL modular sofa and large bay windows to enjoy the light and calm of this corner of the countryside. The large table by the fireplace and the bar in the living room are ideal for spending quality time with family and friends. The region is ideal for hiking and biking. The village of Vassy is just 5 minutes away, with all shops and restaurants. Discover the Souleuvre viaduct and its thrilling activities! For swimming, the Vire aquatic center is 15 minutes away, and the beaches of Ouistreham and Granville are 1 hour away.
Detached house with, on the first floor, a kitchen opening onto the dining room with fireplace, a large living room with pellet stove, a small laundry room and a shower room with toilet. The first floor comprises 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms each with 1 bed 160x200cm and 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90x190cm and 1 trundle bed with 2 mattresses 90x190cm), a bathroom with shower and bath, separate wc. Garden, terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. Year-round rentals from Sunday to Sunday.

isa gîte au calme très agréable
Le gîte est bien équipé et décoré avec soin.
Le salon dispose de plusieurs canapés très agréables.
Nous avons bien profité de la terrasse extérieure ainsi que du terrain de pétanque. La literie est confortable et soignée.
Merci aux propriétaires pour leur acceuil chaleureux et leur cadeau de bienvenue.

Dorsetroyal Such a lovely Gite
Superbly equipped Gite with everything you could need for your stay. Very quiet area 7 minutes drive to the village of Vassy and around 18 minutes from the town on Vire where all the big supermarkets are located. Ludovic and Corrine were very welcoming and friendly. We would highly recommend this property.

Difficile de trouver plus confortable.
Grande cuisine / salle à manger toute équipée avec de la vaisselle et des accessoires à profusion.
Produits locaux de bienvenue, tout y est.
Un immense salon dont on apprécie le confort et le grand volume.
Le gîte est sans vis à vis, on s'y sent si bien qu'on pourrait se passer de le quitter pour visiter la région.

Beautiful gite in peaceful setting. Exceptional facilities, the house is furnished to a high standard. Owners were friendly and helpful. Loved our stay here and will hopefully return.

We verbleven van 23 tot 30 juni in jullie prachtige gite welke voldeed aan al onze verwachtingen. Mooi, proper en zeer aangenaam om er te verblijven. We kunnen niets negatiefs vermelden en raden deze gite aan aan iedereen die houdt van netheid en rust in het prachtige Normandië. Wat geluk met het weer en konden meermaals buiten het terras eten. Fantastische vakantie gehad en nogmaals bedankt.

Sara Fabulous quiet place to stay.
Beautiful Gite in the quiet Normandie countryside. Excellent place for relaxation. The Gite is spacious and has an excellent level of equipment. The Gite has a lovely enclosed garden too, although the weather could have been better so couldn’t sit out much.
