You're sure to fall in love with "Chez Jacques et Arlette", a vacation cottage designed by Emilie and Olivier for peaceful family stays: gaming room, well-stocked library, baby equipment, board games, teleworking area, linen and towels supplied, nothing's missing! The Holiday cottage is located in a quiet area of the small city of Condé en Normandie on the banks of the Druance river, in the heart of Suisse-Normande, renowned for its outdoor leisure activities and nature tourism. From the Holiday cottage, it's a short walk to the city center, and 200 m to the local park with a lake, swimming pool, tennis courts, playground and petanque area. You can also pedal along the La Verdoyante cycle route, between wooded valleys and peaceful meadows, to reach Pont d'Ouilly. The pretty little Countryside roads will take you to some breathtaking must-see sites: La Roche d'Oëtre, the Orne Valley from Pont d'Ouilly to Clécy, the Route des Crêtes. The D-Day landing beaches are 1 hour away, and Mont Saint Michel 1h30.

This independent cottage is located near the owners' house. All on one level (access via 2 steps), the Holiday cottage comprises a living room with open-plan kitchen (with raclette machine), 1 double bedroom (1 x 180cm bed that can be split into 2 x 90cm beds), 1 double bedroom (1 x 180cm bed that can be split into 2 x 90cm beds), 1 double bedroom (2 x 90cm beds that can be split into 1 x 180cm bed), bathroom (double washbasin and walk-in shower), separate toilet. The 500m² garden features a wooden terrace not overlooked, with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue and parasol. The 90m² basement has been converted into a games area (table soccer and ping-pong table) and bike room with repair kit. Motorcycles can be stored in the garage (3 locking systems). Parking in the cul-de-sac in front of the property.
