Detached Chalet in a secure residential park with shared facilities: 2 tennis courts, 1 fishing pond, 2 swimming pools (open July and August), a children's play area and a boules pitch. Private outdoor space, covered terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue, secure storage for motorcycles or bicycles. The first floor includes a fully-equipped kitchen with dining counter, opening onto a living room with sofa (2 steps to access). The first floor also includes a bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed, a toilet and a shower room with large walk-in shower and dressing area. The first floor has an attic and opens onto the kitchen. It features two sleeping areas: on one side a 140x190cm double bed, and on the other an 80x200cm bed with drawer for a possible 160x200cm bed (on request). The Piscine are open, heated and supervised in July and August.
