  Enjoyable holiday overall.

  I would start by saying that we love France and we love Gite holidays. We have been staying with our children and now grand-children in Gites for more than 30 years, booking with both Gites de France and Brittany Ferries. Having said this, Boubou was in a lovely area and was a grand old building. Whilst the overall feedback is positive, there are a number of things which we felt could be improved. Firstly, the lounge furniture was uncomfortable and could do with an upgrade, secondly the picnic table near the patio doors is unsuitable. It is uncomfortable and would be inadequate for people with mobility issues. Also, there is no provision for an umbrella, or any shade on sunny days. Finally, this was quite a poorly equipped Gite in some respects. We have grown used to certain basic provisions (eg salt and pepper, maybe a bottle of water or even a bottle of wine or cider) being provided by way of a welcoming gesture and it was was disappointing that no thought had been given to this aspect. Finally, I wish to emphasise that the overall message is positive. These comments are intended to be constructive and helpful, and I would emphasise that we greatly enjoyed our holiday at Boubou and would be very happy to return. The improvements I have suggested would not be difficult to achieve.

  Au calme

  Pièces immenses, la véranda un vrai plus. Un grand terrain pour jouer au foot. A l'écart du village, c'est calme. La propriétaire est très dynamique. A recommander
