Separate entrance with direct access to terrace. 1st floor: living room with open-plan kitchen and sitting area (sofa and armchairs) with balcony. 2nd floor with sloping ceilings: 1 open-plan bedroom (2 convertible beds 190x90cm and 1 single bed 190x90cm - possibility of extra bed for 1 Kids), bathroom, WC. Unoverlooked courtyard and shared garden. Adult bicycles available. Parking on property, secured by electric gate. Electric roller shutters. Towels not provided (bring your own); bed linen available for hire.
