This former toy store has retained all the charm of authentic Pays d'Auge half-timbered houses. You'll enjoy the village's central location, with its stores, restaurants and seasonal markets. Beuvron-en-Auge is classified as one of the "Most Beautiful Villages in France", a testament to the quality and preservation of its heritage. Inside, you'll find beams and half-timbering, antique objects, wooden toys and the famous Norman wardrobe! You'll also appreciate the comfort of the bedding, with sheets provided, and the modern kitchen. Beuvron is also the starting point for numerous visits: hike to the chapel of the Clermont forges, cider producers' route for a roadtrip in pure Normandy style, and the Côte Fleurie resorts are just 15 minutes away (Cabourg, Houlgate).
Semi-detached house. First floor: living room with dining area, sitting room with armchairs and fireplace, fully equipped kitchen. The second floor features a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200cm) and a bathroom with toilet and large shower. The second floor has a bedroom with a 2-person bed (160x200cm). The stairs are old (low banisters), with irregular steps, and access to the 2nd floor is steeper. Possibility of unloading in front of the house.

Bonjour et bienvenue à Beuvron-en-Auge, village classé parmi les plus beaux villages de France. Nous avons rénové avec soin cette maison de famille qui était autrefois ma boutique de jeux et jouets. Nous serons ravis de vous parler de l'histoire de cette maison et de notre village. A bientôt !

PCMP Rien ne manque
Rien ne manque dans l'équipement de ce gite, propre et bien situé, et surtout pas l'accueil sympathique des propriétaires. L'escalier d'accès à la chambre au second étage est un peu raide, mais l'information est bien diffusée lors de la réservation. Sa localisation permet de rayonner dans toute la région, de la campagne Normande, à Caen et aux plages historiques. A recommander chaudement

Une semaine au sein de Beuvron en Auge dans une maison traditionnelle en pan de bois et au décors en prolongement de l'atmosphère de ce magnifique village, une excellente immersion. Parking gratuit à 100m du gite.

CH Delightful, comfortable, pretty
This was lovely. The gite is right in the middle of the beautiful village of Beuvron-en-Auge and has been thoughtfully restored, with lots of original features (wood-burning hearth, old furniture, ornaments, etc.), but also a modern kitchen and bathroom and very comfortable beds. It is so attractive a house that you must expect tourists to stop and take pictures outside the front door several times a day! The shops selling Norman produce, the bakery, the curio shops and restaurants of the village are literally a few steps away. We enjoyed being able to sit outside the house in the evening to enjoy the atmosphere and also playing the board games provided.
Be aware that this gite is more suitable for adults than for those with children, due to the steep stairs and low windows, and that it is situated on a road (though not at all a busy one). You cannot park outside for more than the few minutes needed to unload, but the village car park is only a minute's walk away, so this is not a problem at all.- Cleanliness
