It's its privileged location on the quiet heights of Houlgate that has earned it the name Holiday cottage au Champ. The view of the Sea and the mouth of the Orne is breathtaking. You'll enjoy this view even more from the terrace, which offers perfect exposure for lunches, aperitifs and dinners in the sun. Inside, the rooms are large and bright, and the Holiday cottage is very well equipped. Houlgate is located on the Côte Fleurie, 6km from Cabourg and 12km from Deauville. Discover the Pays d'Auge, with its apple trees, cider road and magnificent Hiking trails.

First floor (with steps): entrance hall, living room with dining area, sitting area with sofa, armchair, wood-burning stove (pellets), kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, hydromassage shower, 2-person bedroom (140cm bed), Kids lounge with sofa, separate WC. Bonjour et bienvenues à Houlgate. Nous sommes originaires de l'Orne et de la Manche et habitons Houlgate depuis plus de 40 ans. Nous serons heureux de vous conseiller dans vos choix de promenades à pied puisque nous sommes nous mêmes amateurs de marche et connaissons parfaitement les sentiers alentours. En septembre, nous pourrons vous expliquer comment pêcher la crevette. Et si vous n'êtes pas amateurs de pêche à pied, nous vous donnerons nos bonnes adresse pour déguster les produits de la mer! What a lovely find! Very nice comfortable house, with the most stunning view! Owners are lovely, and eventhough they stay at the same property, they are not invading privacy in any way, they are very in the background, but also kind in supplying us with home grown tomatoes and helpfull whenever needed. Beds are great and the kitchen is really good supplied!

Jacobsen Wonderful
We had a great time. The house is well away from other houses in a rural location. It is accessed by a farm track.
The houses has a lovely garden which our dogs enjoyed. The few days of good weather enabled us to enjoy the terrace.
The house is very comfortable and has a well equipped kitchen.
We enjoyed the local area. The hotel near the Cocchinelle store did a surprisingly good lunch and has a lovely garden. The Villers hotel above Villers was great for dinner.
Parking in Houlgate is quite tricky and we concluded Cocchinelle near Villers was much easier for day to day stuff.

Christine Magnifique demeure tout confort
Magnifique demeure, spacieuse, TOUT CONFORT, excellente literie dans toutes les chambres, grande terrasse fleurie avec une vue exceptionnelle.
Un vaste extérieur très bien entretenu. Nos petits enfants ont particulièrement apprécié la balançoire et le toboggan.
Tout est conçu pour passer de très agréables et confortables vacances.

Moelwyn Nicest place I have ever stayed at.
This place is breathtaking. The facilities, the grounds, the view are all superb. The family came from various places in Wales, and from Austria. Everyone has agreed to repeat the experience next year.
Unfortunately we speak no French, but smiles, handshakes and produce from the vegetable plot were most welcoming.
You need to put "Chemin Houlgate" in the sat nav.- Cleanliness
