It's its privileged location on the quiet heights of Houlgate that has earned it the name Holiday cottage au Champ. The view of the Sea and the mouth of the Orne is breathtaking. You'll enjoy this view even more from the terrace, which offers perfect exposure for lunches, aperitifs and dinners in the sun. Inside, the rooms are large and bright, and the Holiday cottage is very well equipped. Houlgate is located on the Côte Fleurie, 6km from Cabourg and 12km from Deauville. Discover the Pays d'Auge, with its apple trees, cider road and magnificent Hiking trails.
Holiday cottage above the owners' dwelling. Independent access and private garden. First floor (with steps): entrance hall, living room with dining area, sitting area with sofa, armchair, wood-burning stove (pellets), kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, hydromassage shower, 2-person bedroom (140cm bed), Kids lounge with sofa, separate WC. Upstairs: 1 bedroom for 2 (2 x 90cm beds), 1 large dressing room, 1 bedroom for 2 (1 x 180cm bed) and 1 adjoining bedroom (80x190cm child's bed with removable guardrail), 1 bedroom for 2 (1 x 140cm bed), 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, separate WC. Outside: large terrace with tables, chairs, deckchairs, barbecue, roller blinds, portico, 1 ha unfenced garden.

Bonjour et bienvenues à Houlgate. Nous sommes originaires de l'Orne et de la Manche et habitons Houlgate depuis plus de 40 ans. Nous serons heureux de vous conseiller dans vos choix de promenades à pied puisque nous sommes nous mêmes amateurs de marche et connaissons parfaitement les sentiers alentours. En septembre, nous pourrons vous expliquer comment pêcher la crevette. Et si vous n'êtes pas amateurs de pêche à pied, nous vous donnerons nos bonnes adresse pour déguster les produits de la mer! Fanny Séjour en famille
Calme absolu pour ce séjour en Normandie. Gite confortable et spacieux, bonnes literies, bien équipé. Situé bien à l'écart du centre ville ,sur une colline , et accessible par un chemin. Proximité de Houlgate et des plages(en voiture ).Petit et grands ont bien apprécié leurs vacances.

Gerti Ein wunderbares Haus
Das Haus erfüllt alles, was ich im Urlaub brauche: Platz, Ruhe und gute Betten. Alles war sauber und ordentlich, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
Der Blick von der grossen Terrasse ist einfach toll.
Für eine Familie mit vielen Kindern oder eine grössere Runde perfekt geeignet.
Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, gleichzeitig angenehm unaufdringlich. Bei der Anreise war Thérése sehr gut ber eMail erreichbar und hat meine Fragen geduldig beantwortet.
Unser Hund war auch willkommen und konnte frei draussen herumlaufen.
Man muss wissen, daß man mit dem Auto einen kleinen steilen Weg nach oben fahren muss - aber dafür hat man dann auch seine Ruhe.

Chrisb Magnifiques vacances en famille
On a passé une très belle semaine Au Champ. 5 adultes et 2 enfants, tous ont adoré les grands espaces, que ce soit à l'extérieur ou à l'intérieur, en haut ou en bas. Et la grande terrasse est superbe, avec une belle vue qui s'étend jusqu'à la mer.
