This architect-designed house is accessed by 10 steps on one side and a gentle slope and 2 steps on the other. It is located on the property where the owners live with their family and 2 dogs. All on one level, the Holiday cottage comprises a living room with open kitchen, 1 bedroom for 2 (2 beds 90cm), 1 bedroom for 2 (1 bed 180cm) with table and armchairs, a shower room, 1 separate WC. Piscine (swimming corridor) with direct access from the Holiday cottage, shared with the owners (available all year round, heated to 24°C and enclosed, 20m x 3.5m, 1.30m deep). Balcony terrace opening onto the Holiday cottage's private garden. The garden is on the edge of a private wood.
