Boasting a beautiful view of the harbor and the sea in the distance from the balcony and living room, this pleasant, bright and modern apartment guarantees comfort and well-being. The large glass windows in the living room and the balcony let you take full advantage of the view and the activity of the fishing port. You'll be within walking distance of the beach, shops, restaurants and the daily fish market. You'll be ideally located for visiting the D-Day beaches, between Utah and Omaha, which can now be reached by bike via the Vélomaritime from Grandcamp.
This apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator of a modern, secure residence built in 2022. Everything which should work did work. Private garage worked well and the location is great for eating out and really central for the exploration of Calvados and Cotentin.
There is so much to see and do in the area and you are within 1 hour of The ports of Ouistreham and Cherbourg and 2 hours from St Malo and le Havre, so timing arrivals and departures is very simple. Heartily recommended.- Cleanliness

Jo Un appartement superbe très bien situé !
La propriétaire est charmante et très accueillante. L’appartement est superbe, doté d’une belle petite terrasse donnant sur le port. Toutes les pièces sont joliment décorées et d’une propreté irréprochable.

Yeyette Excellent
Trés bel appartement.tout le confort et vue superbe.On ne se lasse pas du ballet des chalutiers . L'appartement est central que se soit pour les commerces ou visiter les plages du débarquement. Rien ne manque , nous reviendrons surement.

Roz&Dan Un excellent hébergement avec vue sur le port
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement très confortable à Grandcamp-Maisy avec une très jolie vue sur le port et ses chalutiers. L'appartement est idéalement situé à proximité immédiate des commerces, restaurants sans oublier la superbe halle aux poissons et crustacés. Gros plus, un parking privatif sécurisé permet de laisser la voiture sur place pendant le séjour car on peut peut aller partout à pied sauf, bien entendu, pour visiter les nombreux sites dignes d'intérêt dans les environs. A 1/2 heure de Carentan les Marais et même moins des plages du débarquement, d'Isigny, Sainte-Mère Eglise et juste un peu plus loin Bayeux ....
Linda, la propriétaire, est très sympathique et vous accueille avec le sourire lors de votre arrivée. C'est certain, nous y retournerons.- Cleanliness
