We've fallen in love with this house with its original 50's architecture, brought up to date with a refined decor combining antique furniture, quality fixtures and fittings, and spacious, light-filled rooms. The Holiday cottage is ideally suited to family getaways (table soccer, board games, dinette, pétanque court), as well as convivial moments in the cozy living room by the fireplace. Each of the spacious, cosy bedrooms has its own style, with original furnishings chosen with care. The Holiday cottage's location is very attractive: 10 minutes from the sandy beaches of Courseulles or Graye sur Sea, 20 minutes from Arromanches, Caen and Bayeux. The village of Creully and its remarkable château are just 5 minutes away. And for cyclists, you can reach the vélomaritime via the small Countryside roads. This independent Holiday cottage is set in 1800m² of private grounds. Access to the first floor is via a 6-step outside staircase. The first floor comprises a living room with fitted kitchen and dining area, a sitting room with wood-burning stove and table soccer, a 2-person bedroom (1 bed 160cm) with shower and washbasin, and a separate WC. The 1st floor comprises a 3-person bedroom (2 beds 90cm and 1 bed 80cm), 1 2-person bedroom (1 bed 160cm) with washbasin, 1 2-person bedroom (1 bed 160cm) with washbasin and desk, 1 2-person bedroom (1 bed 160cm) with en-suite bathroom, a shower room and separate WC. The garden is fenced (but not enclosed) with a pétanque court, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue and parasol. Raclette, fondue and crepe maker available. Bag of wood available on request.
