Escape to this charming, lovingly renovated apartment in the heart of Cabourg, just 5 minutes from the majestic Grand Hôtel. You can do it all on foot: Beach, walks, shopping, Casino, Cinema, Market. This former private mansion offers a warm and peaceful setting. The apartment is comfortable and functional, making it an ideal place to gather with friends or family. From the balcony terrace, a few steps lead down to the garden and shared outdoor Piscine. Kids will be delighted to play in the secure garden. The City of Cabourg is lively in all seasons, and will charm you with its architecture and romantic Beach. Just a few minutes' walk away is the Villa du temps retrouvé, a house filled with art and history. Ideally located between the Côte Fleurie and the Pays d'Auge, discover Beuvron en Auge, one of France's most beautiful villages (20 minutes by car).
This apartment with shared garden and two private terraces is located in a former mansion on the raised ground floor (less than ten steps to access). It comprises a living room with kitchen (lounge area with sofa and dining area), a double bedroom (160x200 bed), separate toilet, separate shower room, a second bedroom for 4 people (160x200 bed and 2 Bunk beds 90x190), a shower room adjoining this bedroom. . Heated Piscine shared with residents, open from May 1 to September 15 (depth: 1.10 to 1.80m - dimensions: 12.20 to 5.50m). Secure bicycle storage. Shared outdoor Kids area . Convertible sofa for 2 additional Kids on request. Plancha grill. For stays of more than 1 week, linen changed for the rest of the stay free of charge.

BERNIE Un lieu exceptionnel
Appartement tout confort et bien décoré, dans une belle maison normande agrémentée d'un jardin et d'une piscine. Emplacement ideal , rue très calme à proximité du Casino et de la promenade Marcel Proust.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette superbe maison normande. L’appartement, récemment rénové, est à la fois moderne, fonctionnel et d’une propreté irréprochable (et nous sommes pourtant très exigeants sur ce point avec ma femme !). L’emplacement est idéal, en plein centre-ville et près de la mer, ainsi qu'à proximité de Deauville, Trouville, Le Havre et Caen. Un excellent séjour — nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Anna Magnifique appartement, très bien situé
Très bel appartement, fonctionnel et convivial. Beau cadre de vie dans un hôtel particulier avec jardin et piscine. Extrêmement bien situé, décoré avec goût. Communication fluide pour l'arrivée et le départ. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement, nous avons envie de revenir. Merci :-)

joerg Très joli, confortable et calme
Appartement, jardin et tout est incroyablement joli, propre et très agréable.
5 minutes a pied pour aller à la plage et aussi à la rue de commerce, 2 minutes pour le prochain restaurant. Suffisamment de parking après les vacances d'été.

Goldys Sehr stilvolle Wohnung in zentralster Lage
Eine sehr schöne Wohnung inmitten der Stadt. Dennoch sehr ruhig. Parkplätze hat man an der Straße. Das Gelände weißt einen schönen Pool auf, der gut zu benutzen ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern/stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Terrasse gut zu nutzen mit 4 Personen. Wir kommen gern wieder. Internet sehr gut. Alles da, was man braucht. Ein nettes Empfangsgeschenk haben wir erhalten. Vielen Dank
