Escape to this charming, lovingly renovated apartment in the heart of Cabourg, just 5 minutes from the majestic Grand Hôtel. You can do it all on foot: Beach, walks, shopping, Casino, Cinema, Market. This former private mansion offers a warm and peaceful setting. The apartment is comfortable and functional, making it an ideal place to gather with friends or family. From the balcony terrace, a few steps lead down to the garden and shared outdoor Piscine. Kids will be delighted to play in the secure garden. The City of Cabourg is lively in all seasons, and will charm you with its architecture and romantic Beach. Just a few minutes' walk away is the Villa du temps retrouvé, a house filled with art and history. Ideally located between the Côte Fleurie and the Pays d'Auge, discover Beuvron en Auge, one of France's most beautiful villages (20 minutes by car).
This apartment with shared garden and two private terraces is located in a former mansion on the raised ground floor (less than ten steps to access). It comprises a living room with kitchen (lounge area with sofa and dining area), a double bedroom (160x200 bed), separate toilet, separate shower room, a second bedroom for 4 people (160x200 bed and 2 Bunk beds 90x190), a shower room adjoining this bedroom. . Heated Piscine shared with residents, open from May 1 to September 15 (depth: 1.10 to 1.80m - dimensions: 12.20 to 5.50m). Secure bicycle storage. Shared outdoor Kids area . Convertible sofa for 2 additional Kids on request. Plancha grill. For stays of more than 1 week, linen changed for the rest of the stay free of charge.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
L’emplacement est vraiment idéal : en plein centre tout en étant au calme, avec la plage et les commerces accessibles à pied. Nous avons tout fait sans voiture, ce qui était extrêmement agréable.
L’appartement est très fonctionnel, très propre et parfaitement équipé. On s’y sent tout de suite bien.
La piscine est un vrai plus, très appréciable après une journée de balade ou de plage.
Un grand merci également à Mme Lotin pour son accueil chaleureux, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Nous avons été très bien accueillis du début à la fin.

Marina Exceptionnel
Superbe appartement tout confort et qualitatif au rdc d’une belle maison normande. Tres bien situé à deux pas de la mer, de la rue commerçante et des halles du marché. Très calme. Bons couchages. Je n’aurais qu’une seule remarque : les rideaux dans les chambres ne sont pas très occultants. Le jour nous a réveillé très tôt. C’est dommage. C’est le seul point négatif pour les personnes qui aiment dormir dans le noir. À part ça je recommande vraiment ce très beau logement bien équipé.

L appartement est très bien situé, très bien équipé, confortable et agréable.
La terrasse ensoleillée était le top pour les déjeuners
L accueil a été parfait la propriétaire est charmante et a l écoute.
