Ideal location for this pretty vacation home in the heart of the seaside resort of Merville-Franceville, just 5 minutes from the Beach on foot. You'll appreciate its two private terraces, where you can enjoy the Normandy sun from morning to night. Here, everything is within walking distance: shops, restaurants, services, playground and pumptrack for the Kids. Merville is famous for its large sandy Beach and dunes, which make for great walks at sunset. At the foot of the Holiday cottage, follow the Hiking trail "entre terre et Sea" (between land and sea) and discover the area in 2.5 hours. You'll also be close to the D-Day landing sites and the Côte Fleurie, from Cabourg to Deauville and Honfleur.

The Holiday cottage comprises an entrance hall leading to a living room with sitting area, a kitchen (1 step between living room and kitchen), a double bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), 1 double bedroom (2 x 90cm beds) which closes with a sliding wooden door, shower room with WC. There are no steps between the shower room and the bedrooms. The living room opens onto a 16 m² wooden terrace, and the master bedroom opens onto a 2nd terrace. Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
