Situated 1km from the beach at Graye-sur-Mer and the center of Courseulles (shops, restaurants, seaside activities), this charming stone village house perfectly combines authenticity and modern comfort. The courtyard, to be shared with the owners (who will be very discreet during your stay), is bathed in sunshine and flowers and will be a very pleasant place to relax.

Holiday cottage adjoining the owner's home. First floor: living room with fitted kitchen and sitting area (sofa: possibility of additional bed), shower room with WC. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds). Shared washing machine in annex. Shared courtyard with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. 4 adult bicycles available.

    Sympa nid douillet

    Confortable, proche de tout et tranquille à la fois, des vélos sont à disposition pour parcourir les sentiers et aller à la plage en une dizaine de minutes. Rapport qualité/prix excellent.

    À l'assaut des plages du calvados

    Emplacement idéal pour découvrir les plages du débarquement, et faire une plongée dans l Histoire et la culture du Calvados. Les vélos mis à disposition par le propriétaire sont une belle proposition pour flâner dans la campagne jusqu’au cimetière canadien et sur la côte. La maison en pierre est splendide.
