Arromanches les bains is a lively seaside resort that was branded by the Normandy landings. Its artificial harbor is still visible, and to find out more, visit the D-Day Museum in the center of the town, overlooking the Sea. On the way back, you'll be able to taste Asnelles's speciality: shortbread! Ideally located, you're only 20 minutes away from Bayeux and its medieval historic center, or Port en Bessin, where you can watch the return of the fishing fleet!
