The Neroli perfume studio is located on the 1st floor of the owners' single-family home, in a quiet residential area.
Access is via a private staircase to the gîte.

The mansard-roofed living room features a sleeping area with a 140x200 bed and a 140x190 sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave oven, 2 induction hobs, TASSIMO pod coffee maker and a dining area.
A bathroom with shower (140x0.80) and WC. In fine weather, you can enjoy the terrace with garden furniture. Parking available in the fully fenced, secure residence.
