Our Holiday cottage is located in Emancé, in the south of the Yvelines, in a quiet, leafy country setting. It is close to Epernon (3 km), Rambouillet (10 km), Maintenon (10 km), Versailles (49km) and Chartres (29km). 4 km from the Gazeran train station, with a €2.50 ticket to Paris.
An ideal location:

for a stopover on the way to your vacation destination,
to stay a few days and relax,
to visit the region (Rambouillet, Chartres, Versailles, etc.),
to walk or cycle in the Rambouillet forest,
to spend a weekend in Paris by train (Ligne N Paris-Montparnasse-Chartres)
to spend one or two nights close to a wedding reception hall,....

The house is on the route de la Véloscénie and close to the GR 655. The setting is calm. The village borders the Forest of Rambouillet, a superb walking area, and the Beauce region. Bike rental companies in Rambouillet, open all year round and offering electric-assist bikes...

First floor: entrance, fitted kitchen (dishwasher, electric oven, 3-burner gas hob and 1 electric hob, microwave, Nespresso pod coffee maker and filter coffee maker).
Living room with sofa and 80cm TV (netflix). Access to shaded terrace overlooking wooded garden.
Shower room with 140x80cm shower, separate WC.
Upstairs: one bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, convertible into two 80x200cm single beds on request. A second bedroom with two single beds 90x190cm.

300 m² enclosed garden, small unsecured pond, deckchair and plancha.

Parking inside the property for 2 vehicles or motorcycles, reserved parking spaces.
A bike room is at your disposal, and it's easy to recharge the batteries of electrically-assisted bicycles.

WIFI (fiber). Electric heating with Utilities included. Baby equipment available.
