Catherine and Serge will be delighted to welcome you to their charming home at the gateway to the PNR de la Haute Vallée de Chevreuse, 9 km from France Miniature, 17 km from Versailles (a City, a Castle, the city of the French art of living with its many historic sites to discover), 20 km from Saint Germain en Laye, 30 km from Paris.
Bus stop in the street (4min to Plaisir train station), then 25min direct train to Paris Montparnasse.
Ideal for golf enthusiasts, with 3 courses less than 10km away.
You'll enjoy walking or cycling in the Saint Apolline forest (located on a high plateau, between 150 and 170 meters above sea level, overlooking the Versailles plain to the north and the Ru d'Élancourt depression to the south), as well as visiting local shops (mini-market, bakery, market...).

1st floor: Living room with TV and sofa bed, bedroom (2 beds 80x200 with possibility of bed 160x200), shower room with Italian shower (80x120) and WC.
2nd floor: mezzanine bedroom (2 beds 90x190).
Private enclosed garden of 190m² with vegetable patch, garden furniture, barbecue and badminton set.
Possibility of parking 2 vehicles in the enclosed courtyard with electric gate.
WIFI (fiber). Numerous baby and children's facilities available. This accommodation is not for parties.

AS du golf de Cély Open de France 2025 de golf
Les propriétaires Catherine et Serge ont tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable, l'accueil fut cordial et gourmand (tarte maison offerte). La location proche des commerces principaux est très bien équipée et décorée avec gout. Sa modularité en fait un atout concernant les possibilités de couchage. Les conseils de Catherine et Serge concernant les différentes activités de la région sont utiles et avisés. Malgré notre emploi du temps chargé nous avons apprécié notre retour dans la location en profitant du calme du jardin et des légumes gentiment proposés par les propriétaires.

Sheena Wonderful stay in a beautiful home
Our hosts reached out to us long before our visit giving us lots of useful information. On arrival to their beautiful gite, they greeted us warmly. The gite is so well equipped and very comfortable. We felt like we were completely at home. Plaisir has much to offer and it is very easy to travel into Paris from there by train. Catherine and Serge helped by suggesting train times and even provided us with travel cards that we could top up as needed. Next time we visit Paris we really hope that Les Marguerites is available as everything was perfect. Thank you so much x
