Outside, you’ll enjoy a pleasant terrace with patio furniture set under a shaded pergola, perfect for al fresco dining. A barbecue is available, as well as a basketball hoop for some fun family time.

Parking is particularly convenient thanks to a fully secured property with a gate that can accommodate several vehicles. A garage is also available for one car.

The peaceful setting helps ensure a pleasant stay for everyone. To maintain the tranquility of the neighborhood, parties and evening gatherings are not permitted.

The house has 5 bedrooms upstairs. Three bedrooms with 2 single beds 90x190cm. Two bedrooms with double beds 160X190cm, including a master bedroom with private shower room and WC.
A bathroom with shower and bath, 2 separate WCs, and a large landing area with table soccer.

Secure gated parking for several vehicles on the property. Garage for one standard vehicle available.
