The Forest is just a two-minute walk away, while the shops can be reached in five minutes by car. Close to Chevreuse, you're ideally placed to take full advantage of the region's many walking trails. Ideal for hikers, cyclists and business travelers, within a 7 km walking distance you can discover the châteaux of Madeleine, Dampierre, Breteuil and Port Royal Abbey. Creperie nearby. France Miniature, Saint Quentin en Yvelines (Base de loisirs), Plateau de Saclay, Château de Versailles, Château de Rambouillet and Paris are all within a 15-30 minute drive. 50 km from Paris. Holiday cottage in a former farmhouse with independent access, adjoining the owner's house (not overlooked). Enjoy a small private terrace with aromatic plants (very quiet dead-end street). First floor: living room opening onto fully-equipped kitchen (4 ceramic hobs, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and filter coffee maker). Living room with 80cm TV and DVD player. WIFI (Fiber). Separate WC. Upstairs: One bedroom with double bed 160x200cm. One bedroom with pull-out bed 90x190cm. Children's play area on the landing.
