Welcome to the Gîte du Donjon, a beautiful 160 m² house that can accommodate up to 11 people, located in the historic village of Maurepas, in the heart of the Haute Vallée de Chevreuse Regional Nature Park.

Situated at the foot of the Donjon de Maurepas—an 11th-century historic monument that is an iconic landmark of the town—the holiday cottage enjoys a unique setting that blends heritage, nature, and tranquility. From the property, you can enjoy a peaceful atmosphere in a tree-lined courtyard that is fully enclosed and secured by an electric gate.

Adjacent to the owners’ home, the holiday cottage offers spacious living areas perfectly suited for family gatherings, getaways with friends, sporting events, or business trips in the Yvelines and western Paris.

Nature lovers will appreciate the many hiking trails accessible right near the holiday cottage. The Haute Vallée de Chevreuse Regional Nature Park is renowned for its unspoiled landscapes, forests, valleys, and charming villages, offering magnificent opportunities for walking or cycling.

The holiday cottage’s location makes it easy to explore the region’s main tourist attractions:

In a quiet location, the 160m² Donjon gîte opens onto the enclosed courtyard, secured by an electric gate.
It adjoins the owners' house.

The first floor features a large living room with wood-burning stove and sofa bed. The living room opens onto the fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher). Bathroom with shower and WC (accessible to people with reduced mobility).

Upstairs, you'll find 5 bedrooms: the first with a 140x190 bed, the second with two 90x200 beds, the third with 3 90x200 beds, and the fourth and fifth with two 90x200 beds each.
Two shower rooms are located on the 1st floor. Separate WC. Washing machine with dryer.
You can park your car in the enclosed courtyard.
